We are seeking a Proposal Manager to join our team in California! Come join us!

Job Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

  • Create proposals and respond to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs from beginning to end using InDesign, following established procedures, and using departmental tools to assign questions, track responses, and meet proposal requirements and schedules
  • Prepare SF 330 forms and proposals
  • Analyze the RFP/bid requirements against the proposal outline to ensure both compliance and responsiveness to the customer’s issues and needs
  • Engage in the capture planning process and work with client managers to position for opportunities
  • Engage in strategy discussions with sales team to craft proposals and responses that reflect situational awareness and focus on the right value drivers
  • Proofread, edit, and format narratives, resumes, and project descriptions
  • Continuously update and mechanize proposal content to reflect ongoing product enhancements
  • Manage multiple proposals simultaneously, including analyzing requirements, writing original content, editing team contributions, coordinating logistics, and complying with specifications and deadlines
  • Prepare prequalification packages and SOQs
  • Maintain and update resumes and project descriptions
  • Create presentations for interviews using PowerPoint
  • Coordinate with external teaming partners
  • Other reasonable and normal duties associated with the Proposal Manager position

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience
  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office
  • A/E/C firm experience preferred
  • Excellent project management, collaboration, and team-building skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Other Miscellaneous Qualities

  • Occasional travel may be required
