Proposal Coordinator
Job Description
Halff has an immediate opening for a Proposal Coordinator in Austin, Texas.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, coordination and preparation of all marketing materials and graphics including proposals, resumes, reports, and project related displays/exhibits for both print and online media.
- Monitoring and identifying potential projects using assigned client, industry and government websites.
- Assist in maintaining opportunity tracking database.
- Writing, revising, editing and standardizing text for proper grammar, spelling, comprehension and style.
- Creating presentation materials and PowerPoint presentations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, English, or similar degree
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in the A/E/C industry
- Strong InDesign and graphic design skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat Pro.
- Proficient in the production of proposals and PowerPoint presentations including coordination with project managers, scheduling, and follow up
- Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, organizational and communication skills
- Possess a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- Ability to set schedules for proposal and presentation efforts and keep team on schedule
- Available to work overtime, as needed, to meet deadlines
