Production Specialist, Medicaid Proposal Process and Production 
Location: Ideal candidates will live within 50 miles of one of our PulsePoint locations.

The Production Specialist is a member of the Medicaid Proposal Process and Production (P3) team. Responsible for scheduling, coordinating, formatting, printing, packaging, and distributing Medicaid/GBD business development materials, including proposals, presentations, deliverables, brochures, and other special marketing projects. 


How you will make an impact: 
•    Reads RFP/RFI materials identifying and documenting all production requirements including formatting, narrative, attachments, packaging, and submission.
•    Responsible for the hands-on management of attachments throughout the life of the RFP including creating and updating a list of all attachments, confirming receipt and processing attachments ensuring proper format, and facilitating meetings and attachment review process. 
•    Desktop publishing of content prior to color review and submission (review formatting, correctness of style, graphics, and tables), production of proposal, quality checks, pagination, redaction of confidential information, and compiling files.
•    Coordinates production and distribution of proposal documents for remote locations to ensure all deadlines are met. 
•    Serves as the primary contact for issues related to the production function including:

  • Ordering/maintaining printing supplies and communication with external print vendors
  • Troubleshooting document styles/formatting 
  • Equipment/hardware / technical problems (i.e., Adobe Acrobat, Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Smartsheet) 

•    Serves as the key contact for input and advice regarding technical/software/equipment matters and service call scheduling. 
•    Ensure the effectiveness of designs in communicating value proposition and brand. 

Minimum Qualifications:
Requires a HS diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1-year experience in a production-related environment; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. 
 

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
•    Strong knowledge of the graphics production process, including equipment, software, supplies, creating, and editing strongly preferred (i.e., Adobe Acrobat, Excel, Word, SharePoint and Smartsheet).
•    Critical thinker and problem-solver willing to take initiative with minimal direction highly preferred.
•    Ability to travel, as needed, for proposal final walk-through, production, and delivery highly preferred.
•    Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to facilitate meetings in a virtual environment are strongly preferred.
•    Exceptional attention to detail and strong project management skills are strongly preferred.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $53,760 to $96,768
