Federal Proposal Coordinator
Overview:
The position may work from any of Halff’s offices to accommodate the most qualified candidate. This position will be responsible for preparing proposals for federal and state agency clients including maintaining the resources and data required for responses to procurements including professional resumes, project descriptions, and SF330 forms.
Primary Responsibilities:
Design, coordination, and preparation of all marketing materials and graphics including proposals, resumes, project descriptions, and forms.
Monitoring and identifying potential projects using assigned client, industry and government websites.
Assist in maintaining opportunity tracking database.
Writing, revising, editing, and standardizing text for proper grammar, spelling, comprehension, and style.
